Lemon, as an acid and bitter, can help stimulate digestion and move along stuck gas triggering bloating. Try making this easy lemonade for a delicious way to debloat!

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated 
  • 6 cups filtered water
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (you may want to start with less and then taste to determine if you desire more)
