Happy Tummy Fiber Powder: Mix one stick pack into at least 4-6oz of liquid, yogurt, or oatmeal for 5G dietary fiber. If mixing with liquid, pour the stick pack into a cup first, followed by liquid, and stir vigorously. Give to children with adult supervision. If taking other medication, consult a doctor before use, Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place.

Happy Tummy Regularity Support: Individual needs may vary. For children 4-12, take 1 gummy at night with water. For children 13+, take 3 gummies at night with water.
