Gas + Bloat Relief: Take two (2) capsules as needed, up to six (6) capsules daily.

Dairy + Gluten Digestive Enzymes: For best results, take one capsule ~20 minutes before a meal that includes gluten or dairy. Do not exceed four (4) capsules daily.

Occasional Constipation Relief: Take at night with at least 8oz of water. Make sure to drink at least 2L of water a day to avoid dehydration from the Magnesium's osmotic activity. If you are not currently supplementing with magnesium, start with 1 dose (2 capsules), which provides 180mg elemental magnesium, and take this 3-5 days in a row and see how your bowels change. If no change is noted, increase to 3 capsules, and wait another 3-5 days If no change is noted, increase to 4 capsules a day. This is the max dosage.

Sleep Support: Take two (2) capsules 30-60 minutes before going to sleep.
