THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE DATE OF ENTRY, WHO SUBMITTED A REVIEW VIA THE HILMA REVIEW REQUEST EMAIL AND WHO HAVE ONLINE ACCESS BEFORE JANUARY 1st, 2021.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the continental U.S., (including/excluding territories), 18 years of age or older at date of entry, who submitted a review to Hilma.co via the review request email and who have online access before September 1st, 2023.   Employees of Hilma (“Sponsor”), and their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents ("Sponsor and its agents") and members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, children, parents, in-laws, siblings and/or members of a same household) are not eligible.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Via the Internet: Between 12:00:01 AM ET on September 1st, 2022 and 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31st, 2023, go to Hilma.co and complete and submit a product review. In order for electronic entries to be valid, entrants must click on the "Post" button and confirm their review via email. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31st, 2023. Incomplete or inaccurate entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, or lost, late, incomplete, garbled or misdirected entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any other technical problems related to entries. Limit one entry per person or email address. Subsequent entries from the same person or e-mail address will be disqualified. Any attempt by a person to enter more than once whether with multiple e-mail accounts or otherwise may result in disqualification at the discretion of the Sponsor upon prize verification. In the event that the Sweepstakes becomes infected by a computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other technical failures, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and to select winners from eligible entries received prior to the modification or termination of the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
   
   
3. DRAWING: Winner will be selected on or about December 31st, 2021, in a random drawing, from all eligible entries received by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.  
   
   
4. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: Grand Prize: A year long monthly subscription to a Hilma product of the winner’s choice (Grand Prize Approximate retail value (“ARV”) $250). Any difference between estimated and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Potential winner will be notified by electronic mail (email). If a selected potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize, is disqualified, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate potential winner will be selected by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. [There will be four (4) alternate drawings after which the unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. / All prizes will be awarded.]  Unless otherwise noted, allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of prizes by mail following completion of notification and prize acceptance process.  Prizes are not transferable. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of any prize (or portion thereof) will be allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portion(s) thereof, with a prize of comparable or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31st, 2023.

GENERAL: By entering, entrants agree: (1) to release Sponsor and its agents from all liability, loss or damage arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and with respect to their acceptance and use/misuse of the prizes; (2) to be bound by these Official Rules [and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and website Terms and Conditions]; and (3) that the decisions of the judge are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
